Solid-phase ELISA: Antibody binds recombinant human plasminogen and angiostatin, specifically kringles 1-4. Antibody binds only slightly to kringle fragment 1-3 and isolated fragment 4.
Immunoblotting: Antibody binds recombinant human plasminogen and angiostatin, approximate molecular weight of 88 kD, under reduced and non-reduced conditions.
Product Form: Lyophilized from a 1 mg/ml solution with 10 mM NaH2PO4, 0.15 M NaCl, 1.0% mannitol, pH 7.4. Concentration determined by absorbance measurement at 280 nm and using an extinction coefficient of 1.4 (E0.1%).
