Solid-phase ELISA: Antibody binds human thrombin. Antibody does not bind prothrombin, prethrombin-1, prethrombin-2, or bovine thrombin.
Immunoblotting: Antibody binds human thrombin, at an approximate molecular weight of 37 kD, under non-reduced conditions.
Product Form: Lyophilized from a 1 mg/ml solution with 10 mM NaH2PO4, 0.15 M NaCl, 1.0% mannitol, pH 7.4. Concentration determined by absorbance measurement at 280 nm and using an extinction coefficient of 1.4 (E0.1%).
